Wednesday Craft Nights

Craft Nights at the Old Forge Library

A new season of free craft projects is lined up for the ever-popular Wednesday night Craft Get-Togethers! They have a festive feel geared towards seasonal decor and holiday gifting.

Craft nights are child-friendly and senior-friendly and are a fun social event for folks of every age in between. Children under 10 must be accompanied by an adult. All supplies and instructions are provided. There is not instruction, with a goal of creating a cookie-cutter project, but there is encouragement to be as creative as we want.

Craft Night Schedule:

  • December 4: Snowy Owl Ornaments

  • December 11: Decorate a Stocking

  • December 18: Holiday Spoons

The Old Forge Library, 220 Crosby Blvd, Craft nights start at 5 pm.

Although supplies are free of charge, they are limited.

Please call ahead to reserve a spot. Call the library at 315-369-6008 or e-mail oldforge@midyork.org to sign up for one or all craft get-togethers.

Funding for this series is provided by New York State Council on the Arts with support from Governor Kathy Hochul and the New York State Legislature.
