Find out how to incorporate spices into your daily lifestyle to boost immunity and prevent heart disease, diabetes, arthritis, and aging!

  • Students will make an herb planter for their Kitchen.
  • Saturday, June 21 from 1 -4 pm
  • Workshop tuition is $35 and includes instruction, resources, and materials.

Participants will go home with a kitchen herb container.
