The Cabins at Chimney Mountain can accommodate 1-15 people, each outfitted with a full kitchen, furniture, and, of course, a roaring fireplace. Looking to get out on the water? You’ll find kayaks and rowboats available for guest use! Since the cabins are surrounded by acres of wild forest, you’ll spend your days exploring, with direct access to 7 hiking trails and over 15 miles of terrain to cover.

There are four cabins to choose from, with two bedrooms that can house a total of six guests. Each cabin is outfitted with a full kitchen, cable TV, and a log fireplace for cozy coffee mornings. In addition, guests can enjoy the sandy beach located across the road on the shore of Lake Pleasant. Like most cabins around here, there is an ease of access to get onto the trails. With a total of nine tupas, ranging in size from two bedrooms with one bath, to four bedrooms with two baths, you’ll find cozy accommodations and the convenience of staying just steps from the trails. If you're looking to quench your thirst or fit in a cozy meal, the Lemon Tree Brewery in nearby Speculator will do just the trick. The microbrewery offers a taproom for convivial lounging, outfitted with leather couches or high and low tables for dining. Tuck into a legendary IPA, cider, or their lagers on tap. The menu includes their "munchies," like Bavarian soft pretzel sticks or the buffalo chicken logs.

Mountain View Cottages
Sitting pretty on Piseco Lake, two quaint cottages reside. Mountain View Cottages in the peaceful town of Piseco offer incredible views and unparalleled privacy for those who visit. Each cottage can accommodate up to six guests, and the property comes with its own private beach, children's play area, and use of a rowboat — perfect for getting out on the vast lake.
With 95% of the town reserved as New York State forest, you’ll find plenty of adventure in Piseco. The short, steep hike up nearby Panther Mountain is worth the effort, offering an expansive view of the lake. As one of the most popular hikes in Hamilton County, stay a while and bask in the scenery, then opt to have lunch at the top! Just remember to take out what you take in, of course.

Cozy Adirondack Cottage in Inlet
With a name like that, it’s hard not to love Cozy Adirondack Cottage. Resting at the base of a mountain, you’ll feel the Adirondack spirit when you stay here. The cottage includes a full kitchen and cozy great room, three bedrooms (two with queen beds and one with two twin beds), one and a half bathrooms, extra space downstairs with a futon for semi-private sleeping space, a screen porch, and a deck.
